Fit, strong & healthy (FSH) has been a nutrition company since 2014. Our founder; Giovanni Montes De Oca, after spending years studying and investigating the repercussion of poor quality water in the human body decided to incorporate FSH AQUA to his health coach and nutrition practice. “I realized the water crisis the entire world is facing, is affecting the precious liquid we are using for drinking, cooking or just bathing. Municipal water from cities around the United States are doing what they can; however, with all the excessive pollution, chemicals and sometimes limited resources to treat the water, much more is needed.”
